ive also dislocated my knee during sparring but i also tore ligaments in my knee at the same time so i was out a little longer and now im pretty sure my cartlidge has gone in the same knee probably...

or both.....

its a grenade the gi is basicaly aimed at people that play call of duty.

a lad at he gym has got one they seem pretty well made but the styling is hideous and as someone pointed out a blatant rip off of the Kneeling Braulio Estima logo

i have the exact same thing as Rob T side control was a bugger for me.

i train bjj 6 days a week and i train mma 3 times a week, im a blue belt.

sounds like an interclub kind of set up to me

im on 6 BJJ lessons a week hopefully i can add a few more to that with GB brum moving

Really enjoyed today well run comp with lots of good fighters! And lots of medals for Simkin martial arts!! the flying arm bar was the cherry on top.

the keiko one is awesome i fit a gi, rashgaurd, shorts, cup, mma gloves, 10oz and 18oz boxing gloves in no probs.

lol that guillotine stopped me dead as i was walking some serious strength right there
