no i avnt bin up yet coz im injured but ive seen the pics of the gym an i know most of the instructors, neil woods used to fight out of kaobon in liverpool very excitin fighter an he won everythin...

the gym is top spec mate an paul cahoon told me that neil woods will be teachin the thai

some boxing orgs still do random checks in weight as do the british boxing board of control weeks prior to a bout to make sure your not losing to much weight to quick i know they will check things...
