140 mcg daily is the highest I've ever heard recommended, i suspect 1x40 mg would kill you relatively quickly! ie minutes after swallowing!
I've read about it but I must admit I assumed it was the next big overhype! Are you using it stand alone or with something else? And are you using the 3x100mcg dosing?
Which type do those that use one have - ie Red, blue or green or even the plus ones
