when i started mma i weighed in at 96kg but ive managed to drop my weight to 85kg now..all i eat in the day was normal food split it into 3 small portions in the day and loads of water and train hard...

i personaly think that amature should stay the way it is,im no where near ready for headshots i still have to work my stand up but my ground game is good..and if they do decide to bring headshots...

i started mma when i was 31 i thought that i was two old im 32 in acouple of minths and still going strong had me first fight and i draw...but im determined to get wins next year.

what type of low carbs matey? i have abt cup full of wholemeal pasta would that help? plus i have boiled chicken etc?

hey plp..ive been told that u have ta eat loads or in monderation pasta for carb energy for the gym but the down side of it is that u might put weight on as well but not alot..im trying to get my...

you dont need anything except ya gloves shorts or joggers and ya guard...bst have it all...very very top club they know there stuff. youll enjoy it

after watching the show on monday night i thought watson would finish reid off when they fight but at the end of the show i...

its should be a very interesting fight..i watched the tom watson fight when reid pulled out,every fight that i know off with reid has lost..i dont think hes ever won a fight?? am i wrong

so plp what do you think of this alex reids fights back then? i think hell get taken apart and hes doing the series to make more money and chicken out of the fight..

yeh good film i just finished watching it now...there was alot of mma moves in there....bet they got randy for advise on how to do them moves.
