yes light kicks to the head eg, front leg round kick but realistically with the light contact I wouldnt recommend throwing a light kick to the head because you'll more than likely get taken down, but...

Its called 'control', if anything a competition like this will help fighters to control themselves when fighting as oppose to going out like a bat outta hell for every fight, keeping composed and...

I understand what your saying about the headshots, but the refereeing will be really strict making sure no-one breaks the rules, and wont be shy to DQ people

its way easier to set up takedowns and...
