Then.
Longer, slow warm ups.

Train high impact at as low a tempo as...

Makes sense......and I would expect a 'super user' to shift x10's gigs per day.......I'm luck if I shift one gig in 24 hours...so what's our problem :p

I gots the same issue on 10meg....sometimes after rebooting the modem it's fine, sometimes not.....this happens also when I don't have a torrent client running.
