I'm teaching at the Wolfslair in the morning and was thinking I'd better do some leg punch defences with Leeroy.

I think its makes for a better transition from amateur to pro to have the different classes of amateur and we chose to use these rules on the recent Wolfslair show.

There are no elbows, heel hooks...
