Interesting post this, Oli do you think in the future people will look at there instructors comp/fight records when choosing a gym?. Thinking that at the moment people often choose the highest grade...
6 strengh exercisers a week, which would you choose with bjj in mind.
maybe, squat, deadlift, bench press, shoulder press, clean and press and one more for grip strengh, I can't think of an exercise...
I think you should always do what you enjoy the most. If not, you wont give it you're best shot and in return you wont get the most out of it. As you have said you're not looking at being the next...

what a muppet, instead of training hard and entering comps, throw your belt at the instuctor and stamp your feet. A great show of humility and respect.
Might be a silly question but is the bjj class on a tuesday gi or no gi? I know its says bjj but just thought i'd ask,
