yh not to mention extra protien cant be stored so just gets wasted meaning through the whole day ur muscles have less protien to use
before i joined the army i was eating 6-8 small meals a day for 2-3 yrs whilst training 3 times a week in traditional jiu-jitsu but then whilst in training your made to eat 3 larger meals a day...
yh i prefer powder form creatine n always check that its just pure creatine monohydrate and always leave at least 5 hours between creatine doses as thats how long it takes for blood levels to return...
