Ive been told they have specific coaches for each discipline but im not 100% sure however i guess Anth Grecian will be involved in coaching/teaching m.m.a somehow as it's his gym.

Unity gym is superb ! mma taught by nige scope and a variety of stand up styles taught by nick mainly being thai boxing....but still he is very good and cant wait for the fight pit in...

I know alot of people down the gym spar with 14oz gloves but some spar with 16oz..............can u guys recommend a descent pair of proper boxing gloves for mma that will last a long time
