    Sorry for the delay on getting back to you - I haven't been on here in ages. This sandbag was 30kg. Generally would recommend anything between 25-50%BW for this particular workout.

    I think the problem is that people think strength & conditioning=weight training or some specific training protocol. This is incorrect. Strength and conditioning is an outcome, not a protocol.
