Its interesting because it did appear that back when the UFC had decent competition they were killed off them bought up by the UFC
Bellator will be next
its sad that i now fast forward through 80% of a UFC card, there so few names now, at one point in the ufc you had guys who were hardcore names fighting what seemed like more frequently.
Kieran conlin won 1st round
Henry beat galbraith
thats really sweet
haha bet you wouldv got 100/1 for that to happen.
A gracie by knockout?
Dels opponent pulled out of his fight on the day, second time he has done this as done it to malone too.
Said his kid is sick, i hope the kid is ok and ths is just a bad coincidence
this place has went from a packed city centre bouncing bar to an old mans local with jimmy playing Bonnie Tyler on the jukebox
the quality of the UK cards have been piss poor plus they dont really have any english headliners now, it would be the same old names on the same old cards. They would be better targeting new markets...
i remember being at Graham Langleys pro debut in Glasgow and its one of the only times i have been truly scared incase someone died in the cage, he caught the guy in about 3 seconds with a right hook...
*one British girl
really enjoying it, besides joannes fight im looking forward to torres vs esparaza thats an awesome matchup.
Scottish MMA is about to get really fashionable with the UFC
Galbraith vs Henry is main event
just seen that man, cant remember who the opponent was mate
Feel sorry for Kieran Malone, his opponent pulled out on the day, 2nd time this has happened to him in newcastle
also remember this was mops professional debut against a guy who had 10+ pro fights regardless of wins.
the below guys are fighting from DNFT (think im missing someone else too)
Alexander Campbell (debut)
Lee Johnstone (debut)
bottom 4 are HL
interesting article, i think theres a question of fighting in the UFC vs longevity in the UFC.
You have guys who rack up the 8/9-0 get a crack then 2 fights later are released now sitting at 8-2....
Where are we at with this?
Havnt read the article although I disagree with Mir being overrated.
The UFC have had a mixture of guys who really wernt at that level and guys way past their prime.
Wand for me was overrated...
Will be a great event, higher level has 6 guys on it if I remember right plus two other dnft fighters
great highlight, forgot half of those fights
id go to dublin to see him fight in an arena if it was a decent card
not many people in marketing clever its all smoke and mirrors lol
