cheers mate got a few things to work on grappling wise ,really enjoyed the fight ,i only took it on a weeks notice but props to mcdonough he was fast and capitalised on my mistake hes a good fighter .

cagewarriors was awesome ,,well done shaj haque young lads a great prospect , matt inman was class also ,, missed the majority of the fights looking forward to watching it .

weight needs to be monitered like in boxing something like 4 weeks out fighters get weighed 2 weeks then week before fight then day before then day of fight monitor how much weight is allowed to be...
