i have now asked 4 of my friends to go onto it and it still isnt working is anyone else having this problem?

i have done that and somehow its still not working i have tried it on three different search engines, firefox, google chrome, and internet explorer

trying to buy tickets and it isnt working keep saying require plug in and i dont. this isnt just my computer either a friend of mine is having the same issue.
