Would be cool if the winner of the middleweight tourney got a different coloured belt just for winning the tournament and then the actual cage warriors belt to defend.

What a fight!!!
Norman Parke!!
Wain by majority dec but he could hardly stand the last round
Its was a kneebar and yeah was pretty nasty. Marcus fought really well but Norman Parke is on a different level. Best performance hes ever put on. 15-2 now. Get him a top 10 UK lightweight fight!
Think you just had one of the toughest guys to get into the house. I thought you could have beat some of the most of the other BW and some FW in there. Good fight, both very tough!
Great gear!! Some of the best ive ever used. Giving it away for free is crazy.
www.osakafightgear.com check out their website.
Everything and anything with really good prices
When is this Cage Conflict? Good luck to Andy if it goes ahead!
Jose Aldo had 1 or more fights in the UK didnt he? I know he fought Irish featherweight Micky Young......sooooo Micky Young > Jose Aldo lol
He must have got tired of UFC personal trainer game and played Tekkan instead.
And now apparently has struck and choked out his kids in the past.

My guess is high protein and veg meal, very little or no carbs.
Thanks for the info Rosi (and congrats)
You know any info on the empty stomach problem? Im thinking of getting some casein protein and down a shake before I go to bed, hope this will help.
Does anybody else have trouble sleeping after two training sessions a day?
I feel tired during the day but as soon as i get into bed it takes me roughly a hour to get asleep. I also have trouble...
Can irish be considered?
If so then Neil Seery
Alot of 61kgers give up weight because they cant get matched at Flyweight. Neil Seery being the perfect example. Has fought as high as 66kg.

Taxi cost me $50!!! think he went the longest way possible tbh.
