Yep, i agree. Like the fact that he notes that you dont have to compete in order to attain a further grade. ( albeit i think it helps )

Chris is a IBJJF certificated 2nd degree blackbelt as awarded to him at the no gi worlds so its completely legit. Plus, paul does gi tuesdays, thursdays, and saturdays.
