Thread: How often should I lift weights on my current schedule?

    What Ian suggest is good, but most people prob can't find the time to train twice a day. Instead I would replace one of your cardio days with a full body weight routine, the same exercises Ian suggests. This is because your cardio be worked quite hard on most of the others days anyway, you'll gain more by replacing one of those days with weights.

    He won't lose to much cardio by dropping one of those sessions with everything else he is doing, but by replacing that with weights he should expect to see gains in strength etc. If I was replacing one of the days currently listed to include weights, it be one of the cardio days I'll be losing, or he could do a cardio session after the weights
