    Default Midlands Wrestling Seminar for MMA

    Birmingham Wrestling Club are thinking of putting on a wrestling seminar for MMA!, £20 for four hour seminar covering takedowns, throws, clinchwork and takedown defence for MMA!

    With MMA fighters and members of the British Wrestling Squard training at Birmingham wrestling Club we think is would be a good days training

    there are no dates set yet

    is anyone interested?

    Yeah sounds good.

    Unfortunately I can't afford to come down to wrestle regularly due to the costs of public transport (from Stoke) but for a one off seminar like this I'm sure I could attend.
