TBH most I've read shows no support for oral supplementation of carnatine as an aid to fat loss.

scroll down to Carnatine, but read the others too.

So, what would you suggest as a good weight / fat loss supplement. I've used Thermobol before it was OK but got cramps.

Tomatohead suggested Liquid Carnitine Serum and water balance. I'm pretty intolerant to Ephradrine like products (I spew pink froth!)

I have seen no studies either but i have seen results and have over 40 customers using this product at the minute, its deffinately my best selling fat burning product. tbh sales cannot be wrong. you can make test results say whatever you want with them
