Hi there, I am trying to lose 2KG over the next 5 weeks, here is my diet right now, I am doing about 6 hours of MMA / Kickboxing a week and about 4 hours of cardio a week on top of that. So far I have lost 2KG in about 2 weeks, however I expect most of this was water weight :P Either that or come next week I can eat choclate again whoo!

But yeah, I will be cutting them out at the 4 weeks to go point, it is just I hate whey in water so have mince as a big protein source at night... I may change it for chicken brest or sommit.
