I train MMA Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday so I have mince which have a bit of fat in them (still extra lean so as little as possible) but on days I don't train I eat salmon, however I still do the cardio every morning.

    looks fine to me mate

Stay off the junk and it looks like you'll hit your 2kg with ease

I personally can never do those types of boring diets. They make me depressed lol.

Blinkin eck mate!! Didn't I send you a diet??!! Don't get too stressed mate, you've got plenty of time. But if you're gonna do a diet, do it. Don't just do part of it, ask for suggestions and keep choppin and changin mate. honestly, try the diet I gave you. At least try cuttin out the milk and the mince if not.

Fuckin' hell mate, you sure like your tuna, lol!

Seems alright although If it were me I'd mix it up a bit, say replace some of the tuna tins with salmon, or Trout and have rice or Veg with each one. I'd also put the tuna in pasta n mix with chopped tomatoes or something, make it a bit more interesting. Could also add Steak and Potatoes to replace one of the mince nights.

I guess its ok.Im sure you'l lose weight, its not healthy though? But I suppose severe weight cutting isnt a healthy thing to do. You need to ensure you get full recovery benefits from your food, post training, or you'l hit the wall and burn out.

Stapes, that pretty much is the diet you set me, I just mixed a few bits around. I love mince so much But yeah, I will be cutting them out at the 4 weeks to go point, it is just I hate whey in water so have mince as a big protein source at night... I may change it for chicken brest or sommit.

hmm, the rice cakes I have are brown rice, so I guess they are alright... they are more for when you think "I need to eat" and you eat, but rather than a 300 calorie mars bar or 250 calorie sandwich you are eating a 17 calorie rice cake you know?

and I have dropped the milk out of the oats in the morning... that sucks though, horrible watery porridge in the morning, ick. Still having milk in my cups of tea though
