Ate the same for my last fight and went two fights one after the other, second guy was fresh and won both (first by KO, second by tap out). Doubtful 'I will get my ass handed to me'. I appriciate the advice, but suggesting getting in a sauna the morning I am due to fight doesn't appeal to me, when I get out of a sauna I usually feel groggy and ill for a couple of hours as it is, so I think I will avoid that if possible.I'm not trying to tell you what to do just giving my opinion based on what yoiu have told me and what i know about nutrtion. but if your undereating your body wont be prep'd and you could well get your arse handed to you, but i hope that doesnt happen. good luck
I have been training just as hard as I usually train and then some over the last few weeks... dieting is just an addition, hasn't really affected my training at all.your under eating now - you wont be able to train as effectively as you could on a good diet and your putting your focus in the wrong place - becasue your trying to act like a pro fighter and do what they do
