I'm not trying to tell you what to do just giving my opinion based on what yoiu have told me and what i know about nutrtion. but if your undereating your body wont be prep'd and you could well get your arse handed to you, but i hope that doesnt happen. good luck
Ate the same for my last fight and went two fights one after the other, second guy was fresh and won both (first by KO, second by tap out). Doubtful 'I will get my ass handed to me'. I appriciate the advice, but suggesting getting in a sauna the morning I am due to fight doesn't appeal to me, when I get out of a sauna I usually feel groggy and ill for a couple of hours as it is, so I think I will avoid that if possible.

your under eating now - you wont be able to train as effectively as you could on a good diet and your putting your focus in the wrong place - becasue your trying to act like a pro fighter and do what they do
I have been training just as hard as I usually train and then some over the last few weeks... dieting is just an addition, hasn't really affected my training at all.

Thanks for the advice anyways, I took some of it onboard, just don't like the sauna idea.

Wish I could order some, but my card is currently un-useable... without giving too much of a sob story... some Spanish guy stole my mobile phone with my contract sim in it. I phoned O2 and they told me they would sort it out... two days ago my bill comes through £390.00 =( So not only have I bought a new phone, my bank account is now suffering as I had a £390.00 withdrawal I didn't know was coming and have also now been charged £40.00 for an unauthorised overdraft... spect it will be a little while till I can buy sups... I will deffinetly give them a go when my account gets sorted though =(

    Saturday: 67.2KG
    Monday: 66.7KG
    Today: 66.3KG

I changed my diet up a bit... people were saying I ate too little carbs and a few people said I ate too little fats. I did start feeling the energy just literally drain from me Thursday/Friday last week so I decided to listen and now I feel awesome... training yesterday I felt so strong and so energetic it was great, here is my current diet that is actually working

    1 Chopped Banana
    3 x Almino Acid tablets
    1 x Vitamin B Complex tablet

    Lunch - Fish & Fruit
1 tin of Sardines (high in good fats) or 1 tin of Tuna (non training days)
    1 Apple

    Dinner - Energy Bean Mix
    Half can of Kidney Beans
    Half can Butter Beans
    Half can Sweetcorn
    1 Whey Protein Shake

    Straight after training - recovery
    1 Whey Protein Shake
    1 Banana

    Supper - Protein for repair
    150g turkey or chicken
    100g of broccoli / carrots / peas / cauliflower

    Before Bed
    100g Cottage Cheese
