    Default Summer training with the Schiavo's

    James and Samy will be hosting their third Summer MMA seminar in Sorgues, near Avignon, from the 27th - 29th of July.

    The seminar includes training twice a day broken down into technique for MMA and grappling plus fight preparation and conditioning. Food is included and anyone who doesn't want to fork out for a hotel is welcome to sleep in the gym.

    Avignon is a beautiful part of France and well worth a visit and you can't go wrong training with the Schiavo brothers.

    The gym is fully equipped with matted area, cage and weights.
