    BJJ BLUE BELT UNDER GULHERME MIAI (DE LA RIVA); JOHN JONES WILL START NEW BJJ CLASSES (GI/KIMONO) IN WORCESTER (WEST MIDS). CLASSES START WEDNESDAY 23RD.

    Anyone thinkin about training with John should jump at the chance. The guys got a lotta knowledge in all areas and is a gent.

    John, has been helping out our guys over in Afghan and since 2009 Trojan Free Fighters have continued John work with a range of MMA, Muay Thai and BJJ classes at Butlers Health Club - Worcester
