You could always help her with a bit of horizontal jogging.

I live in Bedford - there's nothing here as such......
Nearest places are BTT in Total Dojo in Milton Keynes which is where I train. Danny Batten also runs MMA classes at the Total Dojo also.
Other options are Storm Gym in Luton, and Lee Hasdell's SSJ gym in Stantonbury MK....
Of course you've got Muay Thai and Judo in Bedford - I can tell you when/where if you want....

We train Monday's (8.30pm-10pm) and Wednesday's (8pm-9.30pm) in Sandy, Beds, which is about 10 miles from Bedford out on the A603.

Trouble is we have no fat birds so I am not sure how she'll fit in...
