pile of shit prods unless they have changed em in the last few years i threw them out the shop the day i started 2 many filler and crap quality proteins
the proteins are pretty damn pure now and they've started actively announcing their certificates of authentication which you can check out.
90 percent protein is few and far between though wouldn't you agree?
