    Question best seminars

    Who would u guys say in your opinion gives the best seminars and private lessons.
    Did anyone do the Frank Shamrock one?

    I didnt go to the frank seminar but i wish i had, Saulo Ribeiro has one coming up which should be awesome.

    He is doing Half Gi, and half no Gi.
