    Default MMA training regimes

    im just interested in the different ways in which people train for mma, just wondering which way that you guys train on different days, what times, what disciplines and the duration???

    my regime:-

    monday- off

    tuesday- judo ( one half hour just started judo) - 8- 9.30

    wednesday- mma- one half hours. 6 - 7.30

    thursday - boxing- 2 hours- 6-8

    friday - get together with a few mates for a roll and go through things - 1 half hours- 6 - 7.30

    saturday- mma - one half hours - 11am - 12.30.

    sunday- off

    this is my usual week, but this week have taken off as im on holiday

    mon - boxing 1.5 hrs

    tues - run (nowt heavy) 1 mile tops with a few hill sprints

    weds - boxing 1.5 hrs

    thurs - mma/bjj 3 hrs

    fri - as tues

    sat - swimming / gym cardio

    sun - swimming


    very rare that I stick to that plan. but thats the plan.

    monday - 2 hours jiu jitsu (no gi)

    Mon 7;30pm 8;45 mixed

    Tues 6;00am 1hr kettlebells (private

    between 4-5pm 1/2 hour interval run with weights

    wed 7;00pm 8;45 Sub Wrestling/grappling

    Thurs 6;00am 1hr kettlebells (private
    between 4-5pm 1/2 hour interval run with weights

    Fri 7;30pm 8;45 mixed

    Sat 11;00 1;30, Hardcore sports training, see you all there with Alex gold

    Sun Roll with mates

    Average week, more light runs plus swimming on top and as much sex as poss.
    Ps after a few years, I think I have found the bold button

    i have no choice but to go on top with my lass dave, ive been with here 3 years and things go a bit lame, its like eating steak and chips everyday, you just get fed up with the same meal!

    Wednesday - Train being a pimp with Randy

    Thursday - Train being a mentalist with Krazy Horse

    Friday - Train funny hand gestures with BJ

    Saturday - Train talking Brazilian with Anderson

    Sunday - Train getting wasted with Bravo and Rogan

    Hard week.

    At least it's steak and chips mate - I've lived for long periods on McDonalds
