Lee Johnstons Medway Submissions is at Strood sports centre.

That is a great place to start - especially if your completely new - hes a great teacher and there is lots to be learnt from the people there.

Or if you could get to Tonbridge you could come to Carlson!!

come to strood sports center and have a look, we have pro mma fighters, amature mma fighters, guys who are into submission competitions and we regulary fight in the MMA scene and we are entering many other competiton formats too from sub comps to boxing

You do not have to compete and only around 20% of the guys compete

The atmosphere is great, we work hard but have great fun.

Siaed helps to coach and is a former -16 world champion freestyle wrestler

We have guys from total beginers to very good fighters, we cover all aspects of MMA and submissions http://www.medwaysubmissions.com
check out www.medwaysubmissions.com for all info on the club and contact details

Groin guard - youve got - get a gum shield - cheap one to start with.

if youve got boxing gloves then bring em -if you havent dont buy em yet.

If youve got mma glove or can buy a cheap pair for under a tenner get em and bring em .
