    I ate a pay day curry tonight. Bought to have a shit and go for a shower. Nice cup of tea after that.

    Being injured isn't all that bad. **has a cup of tea and a nice sit down**

    Today I did a four minute round on 24k's Kettle bells non stop and snatched 4 minutes non stop on 16's, bring on the five minute rounds

    I did clean and press and snatch's with 16k kettle bells.
    24k 4 minutes round of swinging

    1 1/2 hours grappling
    Half hour of swimming

    Today in training I did some excellent boxing drills. Even though my cardio is shite my hands still felt sharp enough.

    today in training i did a squats started with 40kg doing 25 reps worked up to 120kg doing 6 reps the back to 40kg

    um did some boxing drills had a heavy pad and bag workout, what else went swimming

    and did some deadlifts using same sytem as the squat and did kettlebells aswell but they are fucking hard lol

    i kicked fuk out of my spar partner,
