    Default the kneebar

this is quite a tricky submission to hit and ive always failed in the past, but im starting to hit it now and its better then ankle locks or heel hooks, as i think they are too easy to escape and people just dont want to tap to them, but kneebar's are excruciating and taps arent as hard on them,... plus they look a lot more slick

My trainer (purple BJJ) said that you don't tap from a knee bar because of pain but because of fear.

It would be very, very hard to break someones knee / mess up their joint with a kneebar, but people tap because they know of the long term damage it could do. Obviously I am talking about a straight knee bar.

I've never done bjj, i've had to learn most of my stuff (apart from the basics) from videos and fights, i got caught in a kneebar i tap, stright away, last time it didnt hurt until it was too late, and after wards it felt pretty weird to walk on the joint didnt feel good so i always tap even if its not on
