just a quickpost to say its great being back in rio, the training with ricardo vieria and the other black belts is awesome! Rolled with james zikic who is here till feb.

went to club help fri nite had a scream but still suffering from the cheap skol and vodka!

going to maracana stadium today for the football and more drinks, back training tomorrow, i think leozinho is in rio soon, got another week to go before back to sunderland but its a great experience you should all get out here!
