what options does a complete noob have for mma training in south shields, the only one that seems to be mentioned is frederik street? is that the place to go?
i would like some personal training as well. I should also say that muay thai is what im looking for first and foremost (i have some kickboxing background) with a view to developing bjj etc from the thai base.
im resonably fit and can work around training currently.

Jarrow or South Shields then the closest will be South Shields Fight Factory in Frederick Street, South Shields.
Offer a variety of classes, Bjj, MMA, No-Gi, Kickboxing.

Finding a gym.
Just a quick question.. Ive followed mma for a good few years now and i really fancy having a crack at it myself.. Does anyone have any recommendations on good gyms? Im from south shields. Also any advice on this would be great..
