    i probably shouldnt chuck my oar in here but im bored waiting for CR to start again so im gonna. this quote :

    is exactly what MMA does NOT need imo !!

    Whats wrong with:

    "come and learn MMA, the fastest growing sport in the uk today in a safe and friendly environment all levels welcome"

    why tout the "cagefighting" angle that most if not all mma-er's hate ???
