Sorry to hijack the thread but I sent an email, when are you guys back?

I'm doing the odd bit today and tomo; A more normal service will resume on the 2nd, which is when our couriers resume normal service. The only problem being the phone line went out over Christmas, I don't know why... it will ring at our end but when we answere is keeps ringing and we can't get dial tone to dial out. (Yes I have tried different handsets.) Engineers won't be out till the 4th though. If you PM the details of the email I'll chase it for you.

Aha, OK yes they are... I'm pretty sure we are all out though. Sadly they were a very low margin/low turnover item I doubt we will be stocking them again.
