Yes, I'm sure he was, but in the long term all he actually achieved through his work was to divide India as a nation and cause the creation of Pakistan, a country which has a decidedly un-Islamic take on Islam due to it's confusion between the ideas of Islam and it's Hindu heritage, and which has today been described as "the world's terrorist training ground."

Cos at the end of the day... in this thread, and in this life.. all there is is you and me. 1 argument? 2 idiots, with nothing better to do! .. and I bet, when our souls leave our body, and we will be in the pub of heaven, still argueing or debating over whatever it is we are debating. I'm sure it will be over something worth debating over!
We don't have souls. We just like to think we do because humans cannot comprehend the concept of being dead. It's impossible for our brains to process that information, so instead we let fantasy lead our rationality and we make up pretty stories about what will happen when we die to make us feel better.

But at leat it makes living life a bit more tolerable? Even though if we are destined for hell, isn't it nice to have 'hope'?
