    I agree with Marc, Neil appears to be a great up-and-comer but rankings are based on who you've beaten and what you've achieved. Neil hasn't yet fought any top guys, so can't yet be ranked at the top.

    i agree with marc on this.. neil wain hits hard and is very quick and strong.. but he needs to be tested against a top 10 fighter.. wots his ground game like?
