How evil is Diet Coke?

Ive read conflicting reports about diet coke because of the sweetner they use and because of the carbonated water.

Ive found out that if i drink any 1-2 hours before training im likely to get a stitch (even more so if i take creatine).

Ill be the first to admit i go through a 2l bottle a day
(I drink 2l of water at LEAST a day as well)

mate, coke is evil. The regular stuff has 10 teaspoons of sugar per can (10 TEASPOONS OF SUGAR PER 300ML- EVIL)

to try to get the "diet" version tasting the same they fill it with saccahrin, not exactly the healthiest of substances known to man.

mate if you can stay away from fizzy drinks, if you like your sweet stuff try getting orange and pineapple juice and mixing them together or something, diluted with water.

coke should be avoided like the PLAGUE :woo

I havent drank them a lot in years
