Like this confirmation that Danny certainly was injured and is still not fully recovered. Posted elsewhere by a very reliable source.

As it goes seen Danny 2 weeks ago and he is still not back training fully, and is frustrated, as he wants to fight, not going to go into any more detail.

I thought that many followers of this thread may have missed this post by LR. Posted in another thread, that was drawing attention to a fighter who “No Showed” at an event, even though he’d apparently confirmed that he would be definitely be there for the fight, the previous day.
