Todays Sunday class at Tonbridge, was taught by Simon Hayes, I think a few people had forgotten, what an inspiration this man is!!

Guys said to me after the class "WOW, he's an Animal!"

Everybody was impressed with Simons teaching, the techniques he taught and his sparring at the end.
