    The Workplace is proud to announce that we have now secured a full time world class wrestling coach to teach all aspects of wrestling for MMA.

    The class will be on Mondays to begin with and as we expand more days will be added.

    Monday from 7.30 - 9pm @ The Workplace Gym. 6 Richfeild avenue, Reading


    Name - Csaba Benedek (Chubs)
    Nationality - Hungarian

    1992 - German Wrestling Champion
    1993 - runner up North Germany Wrestling Championships
    1995 - Hungarian Wrestling Champion
    1996 - Runner up Hungarian Championships (competed with Vasas Club)
    1997 - Hungarian Wrestling Champion
    1998 - 3rd place in International Chapionships in Hungury
    1999 - Represented Hungary in International Chapionships (Hungary), European Chapionships, Polish International Chamionships
    2000 - 2nd place in Hungarian Team contests.
    2001 - present - Wrestling circut coach and coach to MMA fighters in al;ll aspects of wrestling for MMA.

    As you can see Chubs is a fantastic wrestler and translates his skills in an easy to understand fashion and this class is a must for any MMA fighter.

    He is awesome, we all suffer each week and absoulutly love it. Chubs is very keen to get into more MMA only on a teaching side, he is not looking to fight.
    Everyone should get down to his class if you can make it

    can you just turn up and do a single class at workplace, ive moved away now but would deffo be intrested in the wrestling when visiting mates
