I think he means just your stand up. So you can keep a eye on your posture.

Then shooting, faking, sprawling, snap downs, go behinds, sit outs, duck unders, singles and high crotch.

They are alll moves that can be done whilst in front of a mirror.

But mainly its just making sure your posture is good for the full duration. You see in wrestling matchs the longer it goes on the fitter athletes posture stay solid whilst the athlete who is gassing goes to shit. (like all combat sports to be honest)
