Default Advice on the supplements please....

I've used variations of these in the past and would appreciate if anyone can comment on how good these products are. Not used those with asterisk next to them so would really appreciate feedback.

    From myprotein.co.uk:

    Impact Whey Isolate
    Hydrolysed Whey*
    Waxy Maize Starch*
    Total Performance Multi Vit*
    BCAA+
    ZMA
    CEE
    Tribulus Pro
    Co Enzyme Q10*
    CLA*

Also about to order Atro Phex from BSN, anyone used that before? Their NO Explode and Endorush are amazing. I was a bit apprehensive as to the specificity of NO2 products to MMA, as I thought they were just for muscle pumps. But you feel amazing after taking BSN NO Explode. Mentally alert, focused, more energy and endurance and no swollen or pumped muscles (suppose you'd get that if you lifted weights like a bodybuilder purposely for a pump).

Thanks in advance for any comments

i've tried the hydrolysed whey from myprotein, just used it post workout and it was good, felt like i got some decent gains BUT it tastes like your nan's colostomy bag. worth the grimace after downing it though!

From what i understand, myprotein is an excellent supplier. There products are pharmacutical grade (which cannot be said for everyone !) and aren't cheaply produced.

The Bcca's are excellent and if you contact them (and order a certain amount) they will make a bcca blend to your specific requirements. eg, individualised ratios of leu:Iso:Val.
Interestingly, the optimal ratio for stimulating protein synthesis is 4:1.5:1. Most ready made bcaa blends are grossly bias towards valine content.

i noticed you haven't got a fish oil supplement in your list.... this is the 1st and most important supps you can take (in my opinion). The mypro neptune krill oil would be perfect or there omega oils.

Alternatively, i used aliment nutrition for alot of my athletes, there fish oil is by far the highest quality in this country if not the world.

the only other advice i can offer is to check the origin of the tribulus brand, it may be a waste of time if it is not scourced from the bulgarian variety.

    Thanks pal.

I already take a variety of different supplements and the list above is made up of a few supplements I take now from other companies as well as a few I'm adding to my diet.

I take all sorts such as Glucosamine Sulphate and Good Oil for my Omega 3, 6 and 9.

    Cheers.
