While doing some hang power snatches last night my right knee popped out leading to a collapse on the floor. Went straight back in and left only soreness (worse today!). But worried about it happening again (managed to stop weights landing on me!).
Any suggestions? Can anyone recommend some knee support? I often combine weights like this in a circuit (Crossfit style - so last night was run 400m, do 15 hang power cleans x5 circuits) so I can't be too heavily strapped.
Is neoprene the answer? Weightlifting style strapping?
