    any body have any links to sites that have conditioning workouts set out on them i,e body weight, kettle bells, normal weights and cardio conditioning work outs?

    check the getting back into shape thread on the other bit of the weights/conditioning forum quite a few on there. Any ross training body weight drills work well, cross fit. If you are training for 5 min rounds then do 5 min drills, eg 1min per exercise, 5 exercises, 1 min rest then back into it.
