Kidney and urine problems?

Well this sounds abit embarrassing.

Basically since sunday evening, ive had major discomfort when i urinate, even to the point of abit of blood coming out towards the end.....
The last two days my right kidney or that area has been abit sore and uncomfortable.
Been to the doctors and they have just said drink lots of fluid and rest for a few days then if its not gone come back.

Its been getting worse! To the point of me curling up in pain everytime i go to the loo!

I was trying to think how or what could have caused this... at the weekend i did land awkwardly when i did a spa at training which winded me through the back....

I dont know to be honest... just wondered if anyone else has had this problem in the past? like i said seems abit embarrassing...

Get back to the doctor's. Make sure you tell them about the blood, the pain in the kidney, and that it's getting worse. Also mention that you may have had an impact to the kidney.

Make sure they at least do a urine test to check for infection.
