    Default Have you seen what Wand is up to with his conditioning?



    Shows a little bit of his "hypoxia" style of training (as seen on All Access) where he does his entire workout breathing only through a snorkel.

    surely thats no good though as he breaths through his mouth when he fights??? just an idea like

    sounds good in theory just seems wierd as like i said fighters breath through their nose unless ya gasses

    Don't know how that effects the results of the training? I would have thought it will increase lung capacity regardless, I see what you're getting at though.

    Do they make nose snorkels?

    What effect do you think it would have?

    Also, how often do you think he does it?

    I would say it makes your inspiratory muscles work harder - thereby increasing their strength and endurance.

    Is the strength of your respiratory muscles a limiting factor then?
