the techniques we train in are so deadly we cant practice on each other, so we do not spar we use secret blend of kata and wooden dummy training tp prepare. Our wooden dummies wear gloves, shin guards ball gaurd and crash helmets coz we are so tough.
groin gaurd, gum shield and pair if mma sparring gloves (not competition gloves) for mma sparring sumtimes put on elbow pads if thats what i want to work on.
Thai sparring add shin gaurds and 12oz gloves
