Fridays 7.30pm till 8.30pm
Open Session - Grapple / Strike
Students coach each other
Conditioning, padwork, drilling, fitness / cardio, sparring... open matt - come and improve what you're bad at!

Sundays 11.30am till 1.30pm
Brazilian Jui Jitsu, grappling & groundwork
Head Coach: Steve Cowan
Grappling, groundwork, submissions, ground 'n pound.



* Trevor our Thai instructor has recently had back problems and has been rushed into hospital (expecting an operation Tues 27th May / Weds) until then we will be using substitute coaches... Keith (Thai) and possibly a boxing coach. We hope Trevor has a speedy recovery, I can't imagine the op keeping him from training for too long!!
