From Universal the company that make Animal Pak, I've tried
    1) M stak, really good fro strength/putting weight on if you're eating plenty
    2) Stak 2, supposed to be a test booster but it didn't do a thing, but I've said that before about test boosters not working for me
    3) The animal pak multi vitamin, thought this was really good, lots of energy training was good.

Not a massive fan of test boosters, I think it depends heavily on your natural levels.

Herbal test boosters in general don't result in much in terms of improved body composition. They are most usefull if test levels are lowered for some reason, post hormone cycle, excessive stress, getting older etc. for improving mood, libido and agression.

Trying to shift a bit of extra fat, do lots of miles running and on my bike and have cut all the bad stuff out of my diet but still can't get rid of the fat and wondered if these would help according to the blurb on them they're supposed to help you shed fat but wondered if that's true in anyones experience.

also depends on the quality - as only 1 type of trib proven to actually contain a decent amount of the actual substance needed, the american and chinese stuff is crap and doesnt work - only the bulgarian variety is proven to work - but low and behold the naughty little supplement companies dont always list the source! hence you may well have used Trib. but it was not the bulgarian so you;d assume its crap -
